November 13, 20214 yr Hello, yesterday my sim worked fine but today it wont open is stuck on splash screen but when i move fslabs folder from add ons it worked fine. I tried to delete generated files also reinstall fslabs but nothing worked.
November 13, 20214 yr Moderator Welcome to AvSim. If you have the FS Labs Airbus as your startup scenario that could be the problem. The easiest solution is to delete the Prepar3d.cfg file and then start P3D. A new one will be generated but you’ll need to set your preferences again. Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► You ► AppData ► Roaming ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D v4 - Prepar3D.cfg Ensure you have a default aircraft as your startup scenario. Ray (Cheshire, England). Of course the uninstall will work. Control Panel - Programs and Features. P3D Academic Client. Then download the Client plus associated files from your LM account and reinstall. Alternatively, uninstall FS Labs Airbus and then check P3D is okay then reinstall Airbus. Ray (Cheshire, England). November 14, 20214 yr As I remember, FSL will show a dialog to choose some settings on first start. that didn't gives me problem though But some other add-ons, like UGCX, also show some dialog on start up, will sometimes get the dialog hidden behind other window and not shown on taskbar. sometimes I do get locked here, unless I tried to find that window by minimize everything, or use "bring to front" with taskmanager on Prepar3D. try if it's the problem.
