Unable to change time of day again

Weird title but the first time I can change time of the day.  Next time I open that little Time/Weather icon everything is frozen.  Is anyone else seeing this?

To reproduce:

Load a flight with live time.  Open "cloud" icon to change time of day - set it to whatever....close it and open it again - this is where mine is frozen.

edit:  Oh I wonder if Unreal Weather mod is causing this....standby
