I just did a system restore in Windows 10 and started p3d and no gtn750 in any planes.

I opened the F1 installer, entered my F1 login info and got a message:

'There was an error retrieving proper data from the server. This error could be caused by a firewall or other network problems.

My firewall is disabled and my internet is working fine.

This might have been a temporary server glitch and maybe just retrying in a few will pass through?

 

Ok, I did get into your download process and now I get error:

Download failed: File not found{404}.

How does a '404 error' come about?

The typical trigger for an error 404 message is when website content has been removed or moved to another URL. There are also other reasons why an error message could appear. These include:

• The URL or its content (such as files or images) was either deleted or moved (without adjusting any internal links accordingly)

• The URL was writtenincorrectly (during the creation process or a redesign), linkedincorrectly, or typed into the browser incorrectly

• The server responsible for the website is not running or the connection is broken

• The requested domain name can’t be converted to an IP by the domain name system (DNS)

• The entered domain name doesn’t exist (anymore)

What application is giving you this error message?

Is this your web browser when navigating the RXP web site or when clicking the button to download the e-commerce installer?

Is this displaying once you run the e-commerce installer?

Is this displaying once you run the software installer after authentication with the e-commerce installer?

Can you please provide more context and information?

When I run the rxpGTN setup.exe I get this:

Download failed: File not found(404)

Check your connection or retry

I think it may apply to the garmin trainer.

Are you sure you're running the latest e-commerce enabled installer from our website, and not an older one you've saved somewhere in the past (or at least prior Nov. 7)?

 

 

I think I have it installed OK this time.

I unchecked install the trainer.
