FSDT Louisville

I bought KSDF a while back (not through marketplace) and haven't flown there in a while.  I went to fly out of SDF and saw that it was back to default.  How do you reinstall?  I went to the link provided in the original order and it expired and ran the FSDT updater but it didn't install into MSFS.  Thanks!

If you bought from Digital River, and lost your installer, you must contact support to get another copy, because all links on Digital River expire after 30 days (that's why we suggest to make a backup in our own receipt).

Digital River support or FSDT support?
