I have been looking for an ultralight plane for some time and have been fairly unimpressed with the current options, so I was excited to see this little baby for sale. I watched a couple of reviews on YouTube and they all sounded really positive. However, after the honeymoon period of being really impressed with the graphics model and fantastic visibility from the cockpit, I began to get rather tired of trying to maintain some kind of cohesive flying. I feel it flies nicely in most cases, but for the life of me, it seems really poorly modelled (not that I would know as I haven't flown the real aircraft) when reducing or increasing power, especially at lower speeds on approach. My main gripe is when reducing power, the aircraft will start to lose dramatic altitude quickly and require almost full backward pitch and increase of power to correct, it then starts to rear up again really strongly. It feels like this particular characteristic of the aircraft may well be present in the real plane, but I suspect not to this exagerated degree. Flight options are on modern. Am I alone with these observations?

Haven't flown it much but if I recall correctly, I have noticed this behaviour and it seems to be correct.

I have read a couple of forum posts across the internet from people who have built the real thing and the wing set up is optimised for the STOL capability so that leading edge slat can produce some incredible lift. It'll stall and drop altitude vertically quite easily, but the nose and wing never drop. 

The Zenith First Flight guide on their website suggests that cruise throttle should be around 75%.
