Really low budget computer for msfs

Featured Replies

Hi,
So far I've used my child computer for flight simulator
mainly for IFR flights FWB 320 with  1920x1080 resolution.
It was i5-8600K with 16GB RAM and GTX1060 6GB. I was quite happy with this configuration
having most settings on medium. I had little slutters on Fly Tampa Copenhagen or freeware Gatwick airports,
nothing serious.
Now, I'm thinking about buying a low budget computer exlusively for flight simulator.
Mostly IFR flights with 1920x1080 resolution, the one that will allow me to put most settings on High.
For example an i5-10600K, 32 GB, GTX 1660 Super, it suites my budget.
Would it be much differance if I buy the same configuration but with
i5-10400F processor ? The base clock is much low (2.6 vs 4.1), but does it really matter ?
Welcome any ideas how to modify i5-10600K, 32 GB, GTX 1660 Super, staying on the same budget.

can you put a $$ amount for your max budget just so we can also work with that?  do you need a monitor, kb and mouse as well?
