I see. I am running 4xSSAA and while I have great frame rate at most airports, I'll try the suggestion to fly without shadows and less AA for night at the Orbx sceneries to see if I can keep the airport in the end. At least the "jaggies" and "shimmering" is mostly hidden during the darkness.

I did some tests, and reducing the AA to 8x MSAA fixed the FPS issues at Orbx airports. Thanks
