Hi,

Got ATC Chatter installed in MSFS 2020 ok but Map and Change Controller does not work.

Play Clips do work.  Change Controller down (assigned) results in CTD.

Map starts Google Maps but does not recognize the format.

What do you mean by "change controller down (assigned)" ?

Also, when you say that Google Maps does not recognize the format, what do you mean exactly?
