Since My recent install I noticed that the textures from the hinges and latch on the window of the default Beech are transparent. They are not there. I didn't think too much of this since I don't fly it but I just installed the PMDG 747-8 and there are missing and transparent textures on the window of that so something is amiss here and seeing as that is the same thing in P3D and MSFS it must be something related to my setup and yes, all drivers and windows are completely up to date. I only installed them a couple of days ago.

Hmm, it appears the PMDG one is actually correct and I'm going mad with age but I wonder now what that transparant ring in the window is?

Am I going mad regarding the Beech too? Were the hinges and latches on that always transparent? Are they actually transparent? Or is something amiss here? Anyone have a pic of what it looks like for them?

Just a guess on the Beech - are they trying to represent hinges made of clear acrylic or similar?

I had considered that but that would mean it was always like that and my memory is turning to mush. Mind you, I could forgive myself, I suppose, because I never really spent any time in the thing. It's a default plane, after all.

Yes, it turns out my memory is turning into mush. I just found a video of someone in it and it is indeed the same......What a muppet. 😆
