pause updater is broken?

Yesterday I had 100GB to download after 3 months. Downloaded 10GB and paused. Today started it says to download 100GB again!!!!!

I purchased a scenery yesterday from the Store and I had a similar experience. It would download about 400 Mb, 36%, and then slow to a crawl and 10 seconds later start over again. It did this several times. It persisted after I restarted MSFS. It was not until I rebooted my computer and then tried again that it actually worked. Strange behavior.

I have experienced when the game goes into an infinite loop, downloading the same package over, and over and over again, but not a whole reset of the download, that must be really frustrating.
