Help ! software crashes everytimes

i was meet a problem that the MSFS2020 can't start up

my PC : 5900X X570-E 48G RAM

at begining i was play it normal.

everything is OK but after i logged off from on line type unnormal,due to intnet fail. right NOW it carashes everytime at the microsoft account login page

i try reinstall it ,but not work,and i removed my joy stik stil not working,

How is the RAM configured? 3 identical DIMMs? XMP on? 

GPU and driver?

i closed DOCP of RAM,but at first it working well with DOCP on

GPU is 3070,driver is 497.09 Release 12/01/2021

i try a lot ,but still not working

even close SMT nothing happend

still crash before MSFS2020 login page

i reinstall it but still crash

Driver 479.09 is unstable, try the previous one after a good cleaning with DDU

after try a lot of ways to fix it

i reinstall 2020 to other place other disk makes some change,it works

but i found other problem

when u first login failed,like CTD or u force to  close the 2020,it will CTD everytime after that

And only reinstall the 2020 can help

And i brought 2020 from Steam if anyone meet problem like me

u can try other service of Steam
