December 19, 20214 yr Hi, I purchased the license yesterday and after applying it, the interface is gone, I can't see map, nor the flight path. Tried reinstalling but nothing works, can you please help me out on this?
December 19, 20214 yr Commercial Member This is most likely an unrelated error ocurring during the program loading process that stops the process before the map can be loaded. Try deleting the AppConfig.xml file. It could be corrupt and causing an error when loading Config options. This will load the default option values and create a new AppConfig file. The file is located at: c:\users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Settings\AppConfig.xml where <UserName> is your PC user name. Be sure you have a good internet connection before launching P2A. Be sure you have a good microphone connected and configured as the Windows default audio input device Try changing the Weather source to NOAA. If none of the above fixes the problem, email a log file to [email protected] and I'll have a look to see if there are any error messages or clues. P2A Log files are located in: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs where <UserName> is your PC user name. Dave
