I am flying the Cessna Citation Longitude in FS2020 which has a service ceiling of FL450 but ATC are asking me to climb to FL470 (after cruising at FL450 for many miles) before starting my descent, anybody else experiencing this problem? I am using Beta 2e but this has happened with earlier versions also!

Unless there is a restriction of Above FL470, P2A would not do that, unless it interpreted something you said as requesting FL 470.

If you email a log file to admin@ p2a.com, I can take a look.

P2A Log files are located in: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs where <UserName> is your PC user name. 
Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.
