December 26, 20214 yr This is for a DIY Knobster flashed through Air Manager. AM finds it on COM 10 and it works with my panels. With AAO running in Admin mode, then executing the Knobster Bridge, the bridge panel is blank. I have verified the IP and Port. Is the Device ID found automatically? Is there more to the setup? December 26, 20214 yr Commercial Member Hello Mike, Just in case that something is blocking it, change the port to 6080 in AAO and the Bridge The bridge has been made for the latest version of the retail Knobster, with the help of another person who actually has one (I don't). I'm sorry, but there is no guarantee that it will work with any other Knobster related hardware. Only with those that are supported by the latest version of the libknobster.dll LORBY-SI
December 26, 20214 yr Author Will do, thanks, what goes in the Device ID? | i7-14700KF - 4080 SUPER | 32 GB RAM | Win 11 Pro | HC Bravo | AAO | StreamDeck |

This is used to distinguish incoming button events from other devices in AAO, it has nothing to do with the API and the IP communication. I would leave it at whatever it is set to by default. December 26, 20214 yr Commercial Member Just to be clear about this - if the Bridge program doesn't show the Knobster when you start it, it can't see it. Nothing more to it, that has nothing to do with AxisAndOhs. The web API is asynchronous, it doesn't factor into the recognition of the hardware. Start the Bridge on it's own - if no Knobsters show up, then the hardware is not compatible (or blocked by another process, but most likely just not compatible with their API, the libknobster.dll thing GitHub - SimInnovations/libknobster: Library used to connect to a Knobster).
