January 4, 20224 yr Hi Dave, When reloading a VFR flight plan that has had Autoplan applied to it before saving, the destination waypoint nor any of the automated intermediate points are listed in the flight plan. Example of saving and loading a non-autogenerated flight plan: New Flight plan -> Add Wpt -> EGKK -> Add wpt -> EGLL, then save, New Flight plan, load the saved flight. You'll see EGKK and EGLL in the list and the map will zoom to the route. Now click Autoplan, and then Save as a different filename. Now click New Flight plan, and reload the just-saved flight. Now, only EGKK is shown in the waypoint list (both EGLL and any auto-generated points are missing), and the map does not show the route. I'm not sure if the autogenerated points are supposed to survive a save/load, but the destination airport not being shown seems odd. Is it something I'm doing wrong or a bug? I'm using beta 2f. Thanks.
January 4, 20224 yr Commercial Member I believe the problems with VFR Flight plans are fixed in the latest Public Beta.
January 4, 20224 yr Author This is with beta 2f, which I think is the latest? I uninstalled p2a and reinstalled and this issue persists.
January 4, 20224 yr Commercial Member Sorry, I got ahead of myself. Version 2.6.3.0 Beta 1a is now on the web site and should fix this issue. Dave
January 4, 20224 yr Author Thanks for the update Dave! I have updated and repro'd this particular bug with PublicBeta1a. I confirm the application version is correct (the app window title bar displays the expected version). Let me know if you need any more info. Edited January 4, 20224 yr by BlackBeltMike
January 4, 20224 yr Commercial Member Using 2.6.3.0 Beta 1a I was able to save and load correctly both with ATC Assigns APPR, SID and STAR and with all those options unchecked. I then unchecked all the FltPln tab options and still had it load correctly. I suspect you have a setting that differs from mine. If you want to email a screenshot of your FltPln Config tab to [email protected], I can try and duplicate the problem. Dave
