I could be wrong with this, but once upon a time I had some interaction with Louis Sinclair during the days of the first version of fsds.. At that point, the work was Louis', and Abacus did publishing and Marketing. No small contribution, but it does render quality control and support to the ability and willingness of the idividual author. In the case of Louis, his support was wonderful, and his product was groundbreaking.As to this author, well....who knows. But if this author is technically weak, and doesn't know how to fix these problems, then Abacus is left with nothing more to say than what you report.Its the downside of the business model, making sure customers are satisfied is no longer within your control.Good luck with getting your purchase put right.Bob
