My MSFS2020 was  working for a year now no issues suddenly I got message to start in normal mode or offline mode . So I decided to uninstall and reinstall back to have a clean copy . Here are my issues and I appreciate if someone can give me some guidance I already spent 7 days and 2 tickets to Microsoft simulator with no response or luck. 

I uninstall MSFS when tried to reinstall it stops at CD 4 with error and never continue 

On the MSFS store I login and see my programs and see both MSFS simulator and another icon for my version MSFS premium deluxe clicking any of them will show start downloading and stops in less than 5 seconds after saying downloading and the error says something happened at our end. 

Then clicking on the error it says code : 0x80070424

 Then I go to the xbox app login correctly try to download under my account it says Error % view progress and nothing there and can not download. 

 

I appreciate any direction to resolve this issue and be back to my simulator   Thanks
