I love this app BTW!!!!  At times on long trips I just want to land and divert to another airport (because dinners ready in real life LOL). How do I ask ATC that I want to divert canceling the present flight plan and maybe obtain new instructions with landing instructions?

Maybe we call it In-Flight Medical Emergency or something.  What do I do with the MCDU Flight Plan.

Pick an approach and airport that you want, making sure it 's far enough away to give you time to get down.

Then request radar vectors to the approach like:

<CallSign> request radar vectors for the ILS approach to runway three five left at Kilo Delta Foxtrot Whiskey"
