I use JYAI Boeing 767 for military operations.

The model is KC-767  for this aircraft.

Any chance to add this model ?

I don't understand what you are asking. As far as I know that's a user flyable aircraft, is it not?

I can add valid ICAO aircraft types only, and  B762, B763 are already in...  KC-767 is not a valid ICAO type (model).

Because is military they use the KC-767 model not B767

Yes but in RealTraffic the aircraft type info is valid ICAO code only .. I don't think these guys appear on FlightRadar24 with  code KC-767 either ..

Maybe they have a special airline code and B762 as type code?

Indeed, the type code for the KC-767/KC-46 tanker is B762.
