February 12, 20224 yr I'm really annoyed about the stupid file system of MSFS and all its restrictions. How can I create a MSFS profile for another application like LogiTech Gaming or others? When I want to create such a profile I'm asked to add the corresponding .exe. But MS does not allow access in any way. Even when I took "ownership" of the whole MSFS folder. I know it should be possible because I created once a MSFS profile fo RTSS, but currently I'm lost and angry ... Any ideas? - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).
February 13, 20224 yr Author Obviously, it is no problem adding an MSFS-specific profile in the Nvidia Control Panel, but I can't do that for other “sim-adjacent” game control or game-tuning software like Logitech Gaming Software or RTSS. - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).
