  1. Nemo's post in Prepar3D. exe has stopped working - No OOM was marked as the answer   
    OK. Problem solved. MT 54c with 2013 flightplan was the culprit. Changing the flightplan to 2012 as suggested from "jabloomf1230" and "firehawk" brought the solution.  I still get some stutters at exactly the same position (see my posts above) but P3Dv24 keeps now alive - no CTD anymore.

    Just found the culprit. I am using two different fsx.cfg files in parallel. One for dx10 the other for dx9. Comparing them line by line, I realized that in the fsx.cfg which I used for dx 10 under [realism ] ... AutoTrim=True has to be set to AutoTrim=False.
     
    Have no idea how this wrong setting had happened  because this cannot be changed by UI. Anyway, problem is solved!
