February 14, 20224 yr I was trying to install my copy of your PC12 into P3d v5 and I get an error message saying the serial number from my dashboard has no more installs. I did not have this problem with any of the other aircraft I downloaded for v5 installs. How do I fix this? Franklin Duncan Franklin Duncan
February 14, 20224 yr Submit a ticket on their Support site and they'll reset the install process for you. They're usually pretty quick depending on time difference of course.
February 15, 20224 yr Author As KevinJH suggested - I submitted a ticket to Support and within 24 hours had a reply. Was able then to install the PC 12 into P3d v5. Thanks again to KevinJH. Franklin Duncan
