Slightly off topic but I love the JS4100 - great aircraft and adding FS2Crew to it is icing on the cake. I prefer cold and dark even though it may be unusual because I like the planning and setup part of this hobby. Once you get to cruise - the workload drops and it can get boring. Franklin Duncan

I clicked on the wrong button while trying to set up the 737-700 for a flight. I was now seeing that if I wanted to unregister the addon - I thought I hit cancel but the software informed me that the 737-700 was now unregistered. What to do now? Franklin Duncan

After a reinstall of FSX and FS2Crew for the PMDG 737. The manual says to start the PMDG in a 2D view - right? How do I change it back to a VC easily?

Sorry for the late reply - my JS41 is a download. I did not uninstall prior to rebuilding FSX - I uninstalled it after - not sure this matters but FSX was moved during the rebuild from a HDD to a SSD. Franklin Duncan

OK where/how do I resize livery textures from 4096 to 2048 in the 777? I have seen the lower sound setting and will change my option to the lower/lowest possible. Franklin Duncan

OK after loading the 777 and having it loaded for around 20 minutes, I lose mouse functionality in the initial view. Until then - clicks and middle wheel function and manipulate the sim without issue. I am using EzDok but do not have this issue in other PMDG aircraft. This issue arose after installing SP1. Note I have not yet purchased the 777-300 version. What is odd is that I cannot change anything on the MCP for example using the mouse. But if I move to my MCP view using EzDok then my mouse works and I can change HDG, etc. It does not matter what view I am in - I can make changes. But if I navigate back to the original "pilot" view - no mouse. I am thinking I need to reinstall my 777 and the SP1. Any other thoughts? Franklin Duncan Birmingham AL

I have had the reloading issue - although for me - it happened so seldom as to not be a problem. I have mine set at 5 - will try it at 2 and see what happens. A good series of posts - I agree.

My most regretted purchase was the Captain Sim 757. Over half the time I cannot get the plane off the ground without crashing and the FMS does not appreciated mid flight changes.

The last couple of times I have tried to start Active Sky 2012 - I get an error message - something along the lines of missing root element. I reinstalled thinking something was corrupted but no joy. Does this ring a bell for anyone - help is appreciated.
