  • It is not needed anymore. This was a thing about a year and a couple of updates before.  When you are in the airplane and you need more control during taxiing, than click on the left pedal.

  • Only this one which had problems at first but is now very good -  https://simworksstudios.com/product/pc-12-legacy/  .... and is currently only 9.99!!

  • Just bought the SWS PC-12 as well since it was fantastic price but now with the news of an updating coming, its really a deal.

Great plane, beautiful cockpit and flightmodel. Latest version even MSFS2024 SU4 compatible.

+1   -  SWS PC12

Bought it yesterday (MSFS2024) - just tried a quick flight to test it, on the runway, engine running. Keep getting a Bus Tie warning, circuit breaker resets, but 30 seconds later pops out again.

Probably need to study the manual, but anyone had this happen?

Thanks

It's obviously working for some folks so take this with a grain of salt. My experience after the last update is a crazy amount of display stutter (the only aircraft that does it). I never bothered trying to take off after that, just uninstalled the thing. Not worth the hassle of trying to troubleshoot as there are so many other great payware planes for 2020. The Black Square King Air makes a good substitute for PC-12 missions (e.g. medevac).

That overhead image is not from the PC12-47 (that the SWS models). That's from the PC12 NGX that is made by Carenado for MSFS.

The SWS without a doubt. It's at a bargain price right now and just about to have another major update.

Just bought the SWS PC-12 as well since it was fantastic price but now with the news of an updating coming, its really a deal.

I read that the update will involve a nominal fee.

not a deal breaker for me 🤙

I googled PC12 overhead to find an image - and got that image, just to show the CB in issue - it is the SWS PC12 that's the problem, but thanks for the observation.

Just seen it's currently on a sale, is the update going to further improve features for MSFS24 do you know?

Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

It's a rebuild of the interior and further development of cockpit systems for 2024. The EFIS system with WXR will be included in this update along with more work on the flight model.

To be sure, this will be a paid update.

What I really like about SWS is their willingness to continually update their products. The Kodiak 100 is receiving similar treatment. The downside is they're a small team with lots of ambition so progress can be slow. However, they obviously take pride in their work as updates to aircraft that are long past their sales peak are still undertaken.

Cool thanks, I may grab it now and dont mind paying for the upgrade when that releases. (Unless it's becomes a separate product....!)
