MSFS2024 and Ifly737
Doesn't this make you part of the 'peanut gallery'?

Highlighted Gauges
It's been so long since I did this stuff that I can't remember. However, if you Google 'how do I switch off blue highlights in MSFS2024' I think you might get a pretty comprehensive answer.

New Nvidia Driver 616.56 Out
DD_Arthur replied to cianpars's topic in Video Hardware: Monitors | Multi-Monitors | Video Cards | Drivers etcMy PC was built for MSFS2024 and apart from downloading the pictures I take on my Canon DSLR that's all it's used for. I don't let anyone else use it either...😇 Edit; I should also add I always download the latest drivers.

Pentyrch UFO Incident
Well yes. It certainly does make for an entertaining story but I think you've nailed it Fielder; these things are all about faith. Keeping faith when there's an obvious and reasonable explanation right in front us, keeping faith when there's (as usual) a complete lack of credible physical evidence before us, keeping faith when all we have is witness testimony and knowing some three decades have passed since courts in the UK, Canada and the United States have refused to accept prosecutions based on uncorroberated witness statements. Keeping faith when we know the witnesses are also promoting their book and keeping faith when we consider the vast and frankly unimaginable distances that separate our little solar system from our nearest neighbouring star....let alone the Milky Way itself...and beyond that the rest of the Universe...🤷♂️

What's with the performance in SoCal?
Yeah, same here. I'm not noticing any performance hit here. ..

The electric Heart Aerospace X1 Demonstrator takes flight
I think the answer is within your quote. The mission was 27 minutes long but the aircraft was actually airborne i.e., in flight, for 8 minutes.

Downloaded Vs Streamed
Then frankly a flightsim not running is going to be the least of our problems.

Downloaded Vs Streamed
I haven't actually noticed any difference

Sim Update 6 (v1.8.14.0) now available
+1. This is actually the best default aircraft in the sim by a country mile and right up there with the very best of the payware.... ....and this is due to the dedication of the guy who developed this plane for Microsoft. The updates and the communication he provides are all in his own time...Jorge isn't paying for this.

Solar Eclipse 2026
He's been anticipating this since the 11th August 1999 when we went down to Start Point in South Devon. We were just in the path of totality but as you recall it was sadly overcast that day. Someone had an electronic thermometer and the temperature drop and light drop were astonishing, the seabirds went bonkers, Start Point lighthouse came on as it's photo electric cell was tripped....and that was it. We went to the pub.

Latest update completely DELETE all from my Community folder
It's possible that the sim isn't picking up your community file and a reboot of your PC and a restart of the sim will bring it back but...if you can't find the folder on your PC then it is probably wiped. When your sim updated to the official SU6 release did it download around 16 gig? If so, then it's reinstalled the whole sim and the contents of your community folder have evaporated. There's a risk of this happening when the beta goes 'official' if your sim is located in the default location it was initially downloaded to. I've learnt this the hardway to. It's a pita and you have my sympathy. The only way to avoid this is to move or copy the contents of the folder to somewhere safe or rename the folder itself before updatingthe sim. After the update it can then be copied back. If it is gone then I'm afraid it's a case of rebuilding the contents of the community folder manually....☹️

A friend of mine took this on Wednesday from a beach in Majorca...

It's $15! Wow...just irresistible.

Heads up! PMDG sale on right now
Interesting. It's top dollar too. How so? Ahhh....would it have been the first 777 they released for MSFS by any chance?

Once in a lifetime

Choice of 3 engine options for both the 200 and 300ER's. Single engine only for the LR.- 9 American things catching on in Britain.
Surely "I'm on the bog!"? See also "Launching a Dreadnought"...- Back home from ENGLAND
Blimey! The North is changing.- Navigraph or No Navigraph
I don't like subscriptions and I don't like having to buy stuff to give basic functionality so I really like the philosophy behind MSFS. I use Little Nav map and I really like what Working Title have done in creating the Flight planner. It's good to see that more and more of the innovative devs are including the Flight planner in their options.- Shark closes one of our beaches!
The world's first tax-dodging shark?- Welcome to the Synaptic A220 - Releases next week on the MP
The most sensible post in this thread so far....🫡- How to lose $600 Billion in 6 weeks ... SpaceX IPO
You do understand that the video you posted has nothing to do with PBR? Regardless of whatever marketing hype may be involved, the 'real physics' are launching vehicles, putting satellites in orbit and plowing ahead with rapid development. The 'multi government funding' solution plods along with a vehicle that puts very brave volunteers into space whilst everyone holds their breath hoping they're not watching another tragedy unfold.- PMDG 777 Update v2.04.143 available 31JUL26
The same as the 300 but you don't get a choice of engines with the 200LR so less work for PMDG involving different modelling, performance calculations and building a different flight model to reflect those changes. I picked mine up during one of their rare sales last year. I love my bargain basement LR.... - Heads up! PMDG sale on right now
