FSX......AND......FS9? Oh yes!

Featured Replies

Hi,The following was part of a post in the FS9 Forum:"FSX is now a permanent resident on my HD. Right beside FS9. Neither is leaving for a long time."I responded thus which, I think, does bear repeating here if only to try to restore some perspective to the ongoing FS9 v FSX debate:"To me, that statement says it all. I think it is now very clear indeed that there will continue to be a place for BOTH FS9 (in all its highly customized and well established glory) and FSX (whose future is now far more secure following the release of SP1) on our HDs. I think we can count ourselves very lucky to have 2 such great sims that will continue to enthrall and entertain for many years to come.At this point, I am feeling rather spoiled and very happy!"Mike

Mike, I too applaud and agree with your praise.Aces although could have done this in the first place they have now redeemed themselves and all credit is due to them.Yes, FS9 and 10 will remain on my hard drive for a long, long time.

With todays gargantuan hard drives I don't understand the uninstall FS9 or FSX crowd. I never uninstalled either. I enjoy both and now after sp 1 I will finally be flying X more than 10% of the time.Carlos
