February 22, 20224 yr I was wondering if there’s an issue with the engine start commands for the FSLabs A320 in P3Dv5.3. When I issue the mode select command it works well. Then when I issue either engine 1 or engine 2 commands I get a verbal statement telling me Engine 1 on when it isn’t and MCE doesn’t start either engine. Is this something I’m doing incorrect or is MCE confused ding the engine data as on and therefore nothing happens? I should note I’ve tried this many times in many launches of P3D and many launches of MCE within P3D and never get it to work. Thanks in advance Joe Joe (Southern California) System: I9-9900KS @5.1Ghz/ Corsair H115i / Gigabyte A-390 Master / EVGA RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid w 11Gb / Trident 32Gb DDR4-3200 C14 / Evo 970 2Tb M.2 / Samsung 40inch TV 40ku6300 4K w/ Native 30 hz capability / Corsair AX850 PS / VKB Gunfighter Pro / Virpil MongoosT-50 Throttle / MFG Crosswind Pedals / LINDA, VoiceAttack, ChasePlane, AIG AI, MCE, FFTF, Pilot2ATC, HP Reverb G2

Thanks in advance Joe To check whether the issue is reading data, in MCE UI go to the <Sim> tab. With FSL plane loaded, engines not running, it should state "on ground, no engine running" Within 10 second of the first engine start, you should see it display at least one engine running. Which verbal commands are you using? Be aware, to prevent accidental starts, the first request to start the first engine will require confirmation. Only when you agree, will the FO start it. The other engine should be started straight away as FO already knows you are starting them. If I didn't get it, please elaborate further. Thanks Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com

Wasn’t aware of that, I’m still learning MCE.
