March 8, 20224 yr I have had several reports from users that say LINDA is no longer working. A LUA error occurs which stops LINDA dead. Checking the FSUIPC7.log shows: 17485 *** LUA Error: error loading module 'linda-cfg/system/config-sys' from file 'D:\FSUIPC7\linda-cfg/system/config-sys.lua': D:\FSUIPC7\linda-cfg/system/config-sys.lua:1: unexpected symbol near 'Ô' The problem occurs when LUA tries to read the config-sys.lua file and is usually caused by the Windows Regional/Language settings being set to a language other than English and not using the UTF-8 encoding. There is a UTF-8 Beta check box that should be ticked. See YouTube. The problem is also been experienced with users who have upgraded to Windows 11. It is recommended that LINDA users remain with Windows 10 for the time being. April 9, 20224 yr Hi Scott. Unfortunately, the new gaming pc I just purchased came with windows 11 pro installed. So windows 10 is not an option. Are you guys seeking a solution for the windows 11 problems or do I have to put up with less functionality on my controllers for a while? Thanks in advance Panman --------

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to resolve this issue. The UTF8 is the only fix I can suggest. Blame MS.
