Someone can help me to resolve this issue during installation proceed :

Probably Windows Defender or your AV blocking access to it. You'll need to add the location to your exceptions.

@Renaud Mazoue, never try to run installation files from the Windows folder. It’s protected.

Unzip the file to your download folder under your username. It should be fine from there.
