Waiting For Data Provider

I am seeing a message in PSXT that says "waiting for data provider to connect to PSXT".  What does that mean and what do I need to do??

Intel Core i7 12700K (5.0GHz Max Boost Clock) 12-Core CPU   32GB G.Skill Performance DDR4 SDRAM 3600MHz       Graphics Processor:12GB Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, GDDR6x System   2TB Western Digital, NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive

Start Real Traffic, that's the data provider. Either it's not yet running or something (firewall?) is blocking the connection.

 I had Learner on and I turned it off and that seemed to fix it.  Thanks!

Yep, learner and PSXT are not meant to run in parallel.

Indeed. Both Learner and PSXT need RT. You can run one of them only, unless you have a  RT Professional license.
