Music in Videos

I was just listening to a computer related show on the radio, and there was a story stating that the RIAA has begun targeting videos posted on "Youtube" and "Google Video" for having copyrighted music in the background of user videos. (There is also a number of stories posted on the web on this - Search "RIAA Video Music internet Google") They have begun issuing Cease and Dissist orders to users for uploading these videos and are ordering youtube and Google to remove these videos from their sites. So those that have or are considering posting videos to these sites beware. I have posted before on my concerns on this subject, it looks like my fears on the consequences are getting closer to being realized!! With the amount of videos on these sites though it will be difficult if not impossible to catch everybody, but they have begun to look!
