I have P3dv5.3 HF2      my reality xp gtn 750 will not turn on  some times it did  I have the carenodo citation XL 560

my gpu is asuse rtx 3060  12gb ram   64gb ram  2TB ssd    30% space used the screen stays off  will not boot up

any suggestions
