April 21, 20224 yr Windows 11 got rid of toolbars. In previous versions of Windows you could also have as many vertical toolbars as you wanted on the horizontal taskbar. They can be restored to Windows 11 easily with valinet / Explorer patcher. Just download it, and click to install it. Toolbars will be back and to be used exactly as they were in Windows 10,8,7, Vista, etc. Explorer patcher is on GetHub (click 'setup program' link to download it). https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher ===================================== Toolbar icon on the right hand side of the Taskbar. (Windows 11): ============================================ Click on 'TOOLBAR' and a vertical toolbar pops up from the desktop taskbar. I created MSFS folder on that TOOLBAR which I can then click in order to have general stuff remain on the right vertical bar, and MSFS stuff organized on the left vertical bar. Those yellow folders on the left side is where I store all my PDF plane and scenery manuals. There are many more links which I can just scroll down past LiL Nav Map EXE to see them all. =========================== That valinet guy on Gethub brought Taskbar Toolbars back to Windows 11. ! 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. April 21, 20224 yr Author I created the toolbar and all those links in Widows 10. Could not see the toolbar in Win 11. Explorer patcher lets me see them all again. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
