Hi Alex -

The two images represent my Mapbox map and that same map in LNM. I have turned off all the road shields etc in mapbox but I still see all the highway signs in LNM.  I'm assuming that LNM is adding them but I can't find a way to toggle those on/off?

Thanx,

Vic

Hi Vic,

You're looking at the standard Satellite map and not on your edited map.

You have to use the style "MapBox User" in LNM and fill out two more fields in LNM options.

First log into Mapbox and go to Studio. Copy the URL from the three-dot menu:

grafik.png

Result is mapbox://styles/YOURLOGINNAME/YOURMAPKEY
In LNM options: YOURLOGINNAME goes to "Mapbox Username" and YOURMAPKEY to "Mapbox User Style".
Better restart LNM after changing the keys.
You might also have to clear the cache in C:\User\USERNAME\AppData\Local\.marble\data\maps\earth\mapboxuser to see changes.

Also in Mapbox Studio go to "Settings" in the top bar and enable "Static Tiles" to see the map as shown by LNM (means: without vector features and only PNG image tiles).

Mapbox can take a while to pre-render the image tiles after changing the user map in Studio.

Thanx Alex - I suspected it was a "me" problem. I'll follow your steps and see how I fare.
