Is there a way to control the update frequency? To say... once every couple of months or major version?  It seems like I'm getting DAILY updates for both GTN and GNS and its becoming a chore. Thank you.

Hi,

You're having daily reminders, not updates. Should you update with the latest version (the one it prompts you about), you'll get notifications only the next time there is an update!
