The aircraft reportedly had its Left Upper Wing Root Fairing depart in-flightand subsequently struck the leading edge of the Horizontal Tail Assemblyon 27 April 2022.The aircraft was conducting a positioningflight from Lele Airstripto Hoskins Airport, West New Britain Province.
