To be fair there was a major revamp of CPU memory a few patches back, the game uses less system RAM than it did 6 or 8 months ago. The other thing to remember is "committed" does not mean "in use".

As for the VRAM, 24GB does seem excessive on a single 4K flat screen. I suppose you might need more than 12GB VRAM if your using an 8K Pimax for 3D VR, no idea.
