Lost "basic" P3D dynamic lighting?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm not sure what I've done, but I seem to have lost my "basic"  P3D dynamic lighting. I only notice it affecting my FSdreamteam KORDv2, but apparently it's a P3D bug, rather than an FSdreamteam KORD issue. I'm not smart enough to really understand what that means, and certainly not smart enough to figure out a fix.  Here's my thread in the FSdreamteam forum.

To be clear, I haven't lost dynamic lighting at any other payware airport I own (at least to my knowledge), because they use their own dynamic lighting whereas FSdreamteam uses "basic" P3D lighting in addition to some of their own which only activates close to the gates.

My specs:

  • i8700k (OC to 5.1Ghz), 32G RAM DDR4, RTX3090, Windows 10 Home 64.
  • ActiveSky P3D 8080 Build
  • ASCA 7884 Build
  • FSUIPC6 (no logging)
  • Linda 3.3.4
  • AIG (FSUIPC upper limit 60, lower 25.  FPS Target of 30) Long frame/stutter persists with traffic @ 0% or 100%
  • GSX
  • PMDG (737, 747, 777)
  • FsLabs (all models)
  • AS330
  • QW787
  • Envshade

I've probably done something silly to wreck my "basic" P3D dynamics lights, but I have no idea what to do to troubleshoot that.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Daniel
