Activate Purchased License Key.... then nothing

Have tried multiple times to activate my license key for the msfs pmdg 737 cdu, enter in the key, choose the 737 hit send, then the waiting for confirmation window appears, circles around for a bit then just dissapears and the license wont activate. please help.

I have no exit with this addon. I purchase in my sinmarket, follow all the steps and in my tablet (android) appears a messagge that says: "no license found! You will need to purchase a license to be able to send key presses.

In the application for my desktop, appears that connected with PMDG 737. I have MSFS 2020. My license key is activated.

 

 

Can anyone help me?

The server is the same, regardless of tablet or desktop browser.

Did you perhaps install the aviaServer into multiple locations, causing the irritation?

You should also have received your licenses via email - if not, please check your spam folder!
