is it possible with desktop FIP to display the MCDU screen of the a32NX?

the offset of the screen in the simulator (Right ALT + left click) takes a lot of FPS

thank you

Hi,

only if somebody makes one. The AAO FIPs are open source, anybody can make new instruments. Coding is like the FS XML gauges of old.

Alternatively, somebody well versed in HTML and Javascript could rebuild this instrument as a web page and run that inside AAO

Hello

Here is a solution:

I received my MCDU last week, https://youtu.be/SRJz-r2LCd0 I am in the process of being tested

Little info of the day:

during my tests I realized that the offset of the MCDU screen (ALT GR + ENTER) + (ALT + ENTER) was quite greedy in FPS

So I looked for another solution that I send you

flybywire gave us the possibility to display the MCDU in a browser

With MCDU Web Interface: Here is the link of the procedure: https://docs.flybywiresim.com/fbw-a32nx/feature-guides/web-mcdu/?h=server

Once you have your MCDU displayed in your browser, add /fullscreen to the end of the URL which gives for me: http://192.168.0.15:8125/fullscreen

then drag and drop your tab/browser into the MCDU screen

last step, switch the browser to full screen with the F11 key (take your mouse out of the MCDU screen)

according to my first tests, the fps are less impacted
