I reinstalled on another computer. Can't deactivate because the old computer was restored, and sold. The License says to "Stop using the product and contact the vendor" What do I do next?

Hi,

I'd suggest you 1) download and run the e-commerce installer from our website 2) enter your F1 account credentials 3) press REINSTALL.
