May 31, 200719 yr I have no problem with the way the default clouds look in FSX, but is there an add-on that smoothes the transition between weather conditions to another? What really nerves me is coming in for an approach at 10k with clear visibility and 1k feet before touchdown HAZE!Another problem is the paper thin layer of fog, looks like a sheet of paper or spilled milk, is there any good add-ons that address these situations?Thank You

FSX just happens to draw fog like that and I suspect third parties can't change the weather / rendering engine to create ground fog with particles instead of a flat 2D layer.
June 1, 200719 yr Commercial Member Hi There!ASX does smooth things quite a bit!As for the "haze layer" rendering, as mentioned this is FSX at work here.. HOWEVER we are working on some enhancements in this very department as we speak :)Best, Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
June 1, 200719 yr Thanks, looks great. I will have to wait until the end of next month, a little steep $$$ for me now.
