Many of you may know of it, but if you are new to Airbus it has a lot of info on it. airbusdriver.net Specifically I found this PDF very useful, written by a real pilot and just contains highlights of what he has learned over the years. I got really stung with the FlightFactor in Xplane and am pretty gun shy now. But they appear to continue to be optimizing so we'll see.
