May 27, 20224 yr This flight takes us around parts of Hungary. We depart from Zalakaros (LHZK) and follow the shore of Lake Balaton. The scenery includes many points of interest along the southern shore. Some of them are marked as waypoints. Our first landing is at Dunaujvros (LHDV). From here, we follow the river Danube towards Budapest. We land at Budaors (LHBS) and then follow the river through the city. Again, there are many POI, most of them along the river. After visiting Budapest, we turn west and land at Farkashegy (LHFH). Just a few miles north, we land at Harmashatarhegy (LHHH). Now we fly around the northern part of Budapest and land at Veresegyhaz (LHVE). The next landing is at Godollo (LHGD), and after so many landings, we need a longer leg. Our next stop is at Szolnok (LHSN) before we turn south. We then reach Szentes (LHSZ) and continue south until landing at Szeged (LHUD). Now we turn north again and reach Kecskemét (LHKE). About 30 miles northeast, we land at Kiskunlachaza (LHKK). Today's destination is Budapest's International Airport Liszt (LHPB). The flight has 350 miles and 11 landings. We want to cruise at about 160 to 180 knots. I will be in the C414, please fly what you like.
