Fenix and failure handling

Featured Replies

Hi, is there already some kind of good youtube tutorial or another description out there someone can recommend describing the failure handling in the cdu?

It's kind of a pitty if not a little bit of a cheek selling a product without a proper manual. Other than that I love the product.

Is it for instance possible to cancel again certain failures set during flight, for instance if I set engine failure, is it also possible to revert the failure again during flight or only on the ground?

I played a bit with the failures happening coincidentally and the EIS DMC 2 Fault / FWS FWC 1 Fault message popped up. However, when checking the failures page, the failure was not showing on the cdu. How can I clear this failure through the maintenance page? Are there certain failures not popping up on the cdu?

Hope someone can share some light on the failure handling.

Thanks and kind regards,

Philipp
