Reality XP GNS 530 integration - MHz control inoperative

I have installed and integrated the Reality XP GNS 530 for use with the Socata TB20 aircraft, however the large outer knob used to change the MHz values of the COM / VLOC does not respond - no matter where I locate my cursor only the KHz knob rotates. Have been unable to locate any solution in user manual or online. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

First, is this happening only with the Socata or any aircraft?

Then, is this happening on the Socata 3D cockpit bezel, or the RXP GNS popup window?
