Happy belated birthday Jack. I'm so sorry I missed you this year. CRS is a terrible disease. I remember so well wising you a happy 43rd birthday all those years ago. And I'll never forget Jackie's smile. Or that wonderful dinner at The Lodge. Or shaking your hand. All I can say is thanks. Both from me personally and from our country. You were one of the good guys.
