Hello, thank you very much for the updates.
In this case, the re-number format was very productive, because sometimes I have 300 libraries of the same aircraft model and it's a pleasure that PSXT sorts and renames them.
In the indication that you have put, you said that there are other programs that do that. Could you tell us which one?
For me, especially, I find it very effective.
I have libraries of more than 8000 files, but they are not from AIG.

Well at least all your files are now sorted.

If more people second you I could make available a very slimmed version of 31.9.6 with the scan livs plus renumber/format function and version check off only.

But I recommend to Google for such a function first. Renumbering aircraft.cfg  files is certainly available.
