Any chance of getting a feature on the roadmap to have ATC allow for the time it takes for the substantial speed up most planes are going to start doing at 10,000'.  Its a very minor thing, but I regularly get told to expedite my climb because my rate of climb drops to near zero for several seconds to a minute or so as the autopilot pitches down a bit to pick up speed once the 250 knot speed restriction is over.  

I've added it to the list for future implementation.

In the meantime, have you tried setting the Min Vertical Speed to 100 or less?
