Safe Mode Restart

I don't know if this is just my system or if anyone else has experienced itl

After I've had a CTD I always reboot in the Safe Mode.  When I do this all the aircraft do not appear in sim.

Within the past three days I downloaded and installed Fenix, Douglas DC-3 and Bonanza Improvement Project.

If I shut down the sim and then start up again in the Regular Mode everything is there.

Anyone else see this?  Just what is the Safe Mode and how is it different from the regular start up?

I believe safe mode disables your community folder (addons).

It'snormal...In safe mode the community folder don't load, only the official folder loads.
